my step-son was suicidal last year due to the environment exposed to at his mothers...we had an emergency hearing set for dec. 2, 2002. due to a series of 6 or 7 continuences and lack of co-operation by the school (these behaviors were acted out at school)we are currently still pending a hearing, now "set" for dec. 3, 2003. what can we do...we're tired and broke and still havent got our day in court. we have been active at the school...but they have shut down much comunication due to fear of involvement (they are all requested to appear)...what steps do we take to help our lawyer, or case, our son.
